About CTM
A student club that shares live music with seniors in our community.
Our story
Three years ago, CTM started with just three students and a simple idea: share our music with people who don’t often get to hear it live.
Today the club has grown to more than 20 talented and motivated students. We now have bus transportation to get to the nursing homes, and we perform four to five times every year.
Our members perform at a high level, but what keeps them coming back is the audience. Seeing the residents light up when the music starts is the best part of every visit.

Carolyn Hopstaken, Founder
Carolyn Hopstaken started CTM three years ago with two fellow students and a goal of bringing live music to seniors in our community.
Under her leadership, the club has grown from three members to more than 20, secured bus transportation for its visits, and now performs four to five times a year at local nursing homes.
